John Sweet-Escott
Chief Technology Officer
John is the Chief Technology Officer responsible for product technical architecture, security, development and service integration.
John is an experienced IT executive with over 20 years of experience working for Unisys, where he was responsible for the design, build and delivery of mission critical IT solutions for a wide range of customers including Lloyds Banking Group, Coop and BT. John was responsible for the technical solution that delivered Europe’s largest mortgage migration, moving over £145b of assets over to a new technology solution in one weekend. John has a 1st class honours degrees from the University of Southampton, an MSc with distinction in Geographical Information Systems and an MSc with distinction in Telecommunications Engineering from UCL.
Craig Alewood
Operations and Transition Manager
Craig is the Operations and Transition Manager responsible for implementation, transition and business as usual support, as well as solution development.
Craig has over 20 years’ experience of operating and supporting software solutions. He led the initial Hito Edge product solution design and was the project lead on the deployment of technology into a number of organisations that delivered critical services on behalf of the UK Cabinet Office, HMCTS and HMRC. Craig is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner.
Dominic Briggs
Senior Business Consultant
Dominic is the Senior Business Consultant to the Chief Executive and responsible for assisting market development and strategic sales relationships.
Prior to Hito Dominic held an Executive Director position with Lowell Group as their Managing Director of Fredrickson (a leading debt collection company) and before Lowell held a variety of senior positions with British Telecom including Head of Group Volume Collections where he was responsible for acquisition, credit management and debt collection for BT consumer, business and enterprise customers. Dominic is a qualified accountant, after graduating from City University London he worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers for over 8 years.
